Helen and Red when to show to-night.

I am a bit of a geek when it comes to research and history. So, I was thrilled when I found the little tidbit pictured left in January 16, 1936 edition of The Lowell Ledger advertising the "Death Never Takes a Holiday" presentation. It also helped me decipher the name "Gringhuise."

I also searched copies of The Lowell Ledger to try and find out what show was playing at The Strand on this night in 1936 to see what Helen and Red saw. I was able to tell that "Mutiny on the Bounty," which Edna and Henry and Hank saw on Tuesday of this week in 1936 ended on the 15th. "No More Ladies" starring Joan Crawford and Robert Montgomery started on January 19. No luck with what Red and Helen saw.
